The majority of DBLITTLE.COM orders will ship within three business days of purchase. Exceptions are special order items, back ordered items, or drop ship items. We will notify you within 48 hours of your purchase of any exceptions. Next Day shipping orders will ship within no more than 2 working days of purchase. Shipping will also be limited to carrier business schedule and US observed holidays. Due to processing automation orders paid with Paypal must ship to the shipping address provided by Paypal with the payment. Please make sure your Paypal shipping address is up to date before paying with Paypal to avoid shipping errors. DBLITTLE.COM will not be responsible for shipping errors on orders paid with Paypal.

DBLITTLE.COM wants customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase please contact us at sales@dblittle.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must contact DBLITTLE.COM for return authorization and include RMA number on packaging. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and without tool marks. Buyer will pay all shipping costs. Refund or exchange is limited to purchase price of merchandise less $5.00 restocking fee.

If item does not meet the specifications in description or is damaged item will be replaced. Buyer must return item. Once defect is confirmed item will be replaced and buyer refunded return shipping for defective item.
