The majority of DBLITTLE.COM orders will ship within two business days of purchase. Exceptions are special order items, back ordered items, or drop ship items. We will notify you within 24 hours of your purchase of any exceptions. Next Day shipping orders will ship within no more than 1 working day of purchase. Shipping will also be limited to carrier business schedule and US observed holidays.

DBLITTLE.COM wants customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase please contact us at sales@dblittle.com or 423-892-1837 within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Buyer must contact DBLITTLE.COM for return authorization and include RMA number on packaging. Goods must be in original packaging, unused and without tool marks. Buyer will pay all shipping costs. Refund or exchange is limited to purchase price of merchandise less $5.00 restocking fee.

If item does not meet the specifications in description or is damaged item will be replaced. Buyer must return item. Once defect is confirmed item will be replaced and buyer refunded return shipping for defective item.
